On September 6, 2024, the Empire Car Wash Group become the new owners of this wonderful car wash. We are proud of what your support and prior ownership's commitment to excellence has given our Group. This is cherished and will be improved upon in a clear and transparent way that is mutually beneficial. We recognize your desire for the highest quality services and recognize that there is a cost to nurturing our business.

We have updated our menu, and service options as detailed on the following page, our website, and throughout the car wash premises. A key part of our service model is Membership, otherwise referred to as Unlimited Monthly (billing cycle). The system acquired provides for Membership. With Empire Car Wash Group, existing members will be converted to an app-based tool (Everwash). Single wash customers can become Members or pay for each wash.

The decision as to whether membership is right for you is simple. It's largely based on how frequently you wash your car.

For those who wash at least twice per month, membership provides value, including discounts (10%) on store items and detail services (where offered). All Woodbury members can wash at 8 other locations. Lastly, a clean car is easier to keep clean, which allows us to wash higher volumes more quickly (said differently, even though busier, you need not wait longer). Everwash, our service provider, also has a dedicated call center to address any billing or usage issues. Our team will assist in transitioning or joining as a new member. To allow us to do this efficiently, please do the following:

Download the Everwash app on your phone
Review the attached menu that describes wash packages offered
Determine whether you desire Membership
Choose the package that works for you
Start washing as a member (can wash once per day)

Existing members will continue under your existing billing cycle.
